art: “Homecoming, Second Time Around”

This is yet another result of art prompt I requested. I drew this Friday night and colored it Saturday afternoon. I really like how this turned out with the textures and the coloring in Warren’s tattoo. I think I like this style of just putting on flat colors and leaving my pencil lines to carry most of the detail and shading.
Layla’s dress design is inspired by something I saw on ModCloth.com that I contemplated wearing to my sister’s wedding. The star/sky texture is from dastardly_icons.

i think that the head is too big or then their legs ( especially the girls ) are too short …but i love ur style otherwise …is the enlarged head a deliberate feature ?

The enlarged head isn’t really deliberate, it’s just how the drawing comes out sometimes when I focus on getting the details of the head right. Thanks for the critique. :)
