It's mostly fueled by my opinion that society molds the minds of women to think and feel like, damn near no matter what they weigh, it's just too big (or on the cusp of fat). Living where I live at, a see a lot of think women. Not fat. Just thick. And some of them, depending on their influences, have issues with being thick. Some women aren't even thick and still try to lose weight. Some women are small as small can be, but have round butts... which to them qualifies as "fat." But it doesn't seem like you're the type to take it too far. As long as you're not starving yourself, you know. The best thing to do - in my opinion - is to make sure your path is the healthy one. Physically and mentally. Don't be doing this stuff for guys... or so society doesn't hit you with their warped version of "fat" (achem, Tyra Banks). Just be okay with you, and be healthy. Stay cool. P.S. Sometimes you do have to do things you don't like if you want certain results. Easier said than done, I know. But it's good that you have phyiscal activities that you enjoy. Keep incorporating that stuff into your routine. Okay... I'm gone for real this time. I have issues with women who think they need to lose weight and fit a certain mold.
