Movie Night

Having exhausted the list of movies I wanted to purchase, I’ve gone back to rentals. Tonights selection includes:

In the Land of Women (Adam Brody, Meg Ryan, Kristen Stewart)
Rescue Dawn (Christian Bale)
Waitress (Kerry Russell, Nathan Fillion)

The Bourne Ultimatum was the only movie I was awaiting to purchase on DVD this year. Picked it up on Tuesday.

There aren’t many movies in theaters that I want to see right now. It’s a big maybe as to whether I’ll indulge in I Am Legend. I do really want to see August Rush and National Treasure: Book of Secrets (Riley Poole is my favorite character). I’d also like to see an indie film called Juno, but it’s release is limited and it’s not playing in any theaters nearby. A few years ago there was a theater open that featured more independent films, but it’s since closed down. However, I’ve heard that an independent movie theater will be opening Downtown sometime next year, so that’s cool.
